We've validated 8-hour shifts at 220kV substations with zero data loss. On sync, your audit log shows the actual scan time, not the upload time.

Android 8.0+ and iOS 14+, with no proprietary hardware: older and basic phones work too, so there is no hardware lock-in. We've validated common field devices: Samsung A-series, Galaxy XCover (rugged), iPhone SE, Pixel and CAT phones. App size: 28 MB Android / 32 MB iOS. Battery impact under 4% on a typical 4-hour shift.

Per checkpoint. Controllers (guards) are unlimited on every plan; sites are unlimited on Pro and Business, and the free tier includes 1 site. This is intentional: we want you to onboard every guard and site without a pricing cliff. Same pricing as patroltech.online/en/pricing.

Yes. Unlimited controllers (guards), 5 checkpoints, 1 site, unlimited time, unlimited tours. No credit card, no time limit. The trade-off vs paid plans: no API write access, community support only, no advanced integrations. We use freemium for adoption — paying customers fund the platform.

Yes. Time and attendance, visitor management and a client portal for the end customer are generally available in the same platform as patrols. Workforce management (shift scheduling, payroll prep, dispatch), Man Down and facial verification of the officer are in beta on the Business plan only.

Primary regions: AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1) for EU customers, AWS Ohio (us-east-2) for North America. Data residency is configurable on Business plan. We never transfer data across regions without explicit consent. Detailed architecture in our security whitepaper (NDA-gated).
