Yes. Annual billing is 15% off the monthly rate, applied at checkout. Cancel anytime — annual plans are not multi-year contracts.

A controller is a person who does tours — typically a security guard, supervisor or roving officer. Office staff who only consume reports don't count. Inactive accounts don't count. We count the controllers active in the last 30 days.

Yes. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay for the days on the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual plans can pause or downgrade with credit applied to the next renewal.

For 250+ controllers or specific compliance requirements (FedRAMP, custom data residency, dedicated infrastructure), the Complete plan covers most cases. Above that, talk to sales — we can do dedicated tenants and custom SLAs but we won't quote a 'mystery enterprise tier' on top of public pricing.
