Every checkpoint scan technology (QR, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth) is included on every plan. We don't sell 'NFC pack' or 'GPS module' surcharges.
Unlimited sites on Pro+
Pricing is per checkpoint — controllers (guards) are unlimited on every plan. Sites are unlimited on Pro and Business, so multi-site rollouts have no pricing cliff.

Why do I see USD here?▼
guardtour.app serves a mostly North American audience, so prices show in USD. The same plans have clean EUR market prices for Europe (Pro 29 €, Business 69 €) at patroltech.online/pricing. Prices are set per market — no FX conversion at checkout, and no 'the US pays 30% more' games you see with most SaaS.
Do annual plans get a discount?▼
Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free versus paying monthly, applied at checkout. Cancel anytime — annual plans are not multi-year contracts.
What counts as a 'checkpoint'?▼
A checkpoint is a scan point on your patrol — a QR tag, an NFC tag or a GPS geofence that guards verify on their rounds. You're billed per checkpoint; controllers (guards) and sites are unlimited on every plan. Checkpoints you remove stop counting.
Can I switch between plans mid-cycle?▼
Yes. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay for the days on the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual plans can pause or downgrade with credit applied to the next renewal.
Is there an enterprise tier with custom pricing?▼
For large multi-site operations or specific compliance requirements (FedRAMP, custom data residency, dedicated infrastructure), the Business plan covers most cases. Above that, talk to sales — we can do dedicated tenants and custom SLAs but we won't quote a 'mystery enterprise tier' on top of public pricing.
